The "CCVA 100 model" is a cutting device capable of performing outer diameter machining on the commutator section. The cutting depth, cutting length, spindle rotation speed, and number of cuts can be set on a touch panel. Additionally, a dedicated dust collection system suppresses the scattering of chips during processing. Furthermore, we have simplified the setup change for the dedicated tool using a unique method.
